'No Better Than A Frog'

I was in college during the Vietnam War and taking a biology course. I didn't want to stick a needle in a frog and kill it. I told the teacher I was no better than a frog and she told me, yes you are, you have feelings, emotions and a rational mind. Bottom line? I failed the course. 
I went to her and asked if she could give me a 'D', I did try hard and told her if I fail another course I may be drafted and go to Vietnam. She told me she couldn't do that. I told her, she was wrong, she was not better than a frog, and she did not have feelings, emotions or a rational mind. Now I had long hair down my back and looked like a cross between Charles Manson and Jesus. I was scary. I did deserve to fail, and it was a great lesson.
